  • Crab sticks (or crab meat) – 250 g
  • Butter – 40 g
  • Hard cheese – 30 g
  • Yolk – 1 pc.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

  1. We will prepare all the products for the crab balls. For this dish, you can use both crab meat and crab sticks.

  2. Put crab sticks cut into small pieces into a blender bowl.
  3. Cut the hard cheese into small pieces, you can pre-grate the cheese, if desired. Put the cheese in a blender.
  4. We also add slightly softened butter, for convenience, cut it into small pieces.
  5. Separate the yolk from the protein and add only the yolk to the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Now add salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. We punch all the ingredients for the meatballs well in a blender. (If you don’t have a blender, just grate all the ingredients (frozen crab sticks, cheese and butter) on a medium grater, then add the yolk, spices and mix well.)
  8. Form the meatballs from the minced meat obtained.
  9. Put the meatballs on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Cooking crab meatballs with cheese in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
