Ingredients

4 spring onions, cut into rings
1 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
4 tomato (s), peeled, finely diced
1 cucumber (mini cucumber), peeled, pitted, finely diced
1 chilli pepper (s), pitted, cut into small rings
300 g crabs marinated with
1 tablespoon lemon juice and Tabasco to taste
Coriander green

For the dressing:

3 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
salt and pepper

Instructions

Mix everything together and let it steep for at least 1 hour.
