Crab Salad in a Cheese Basket

Crab salad served in edible cheese baskets will delight you not only with its excellent balanced taste but also with an unusual presentation.

Ingredients

  • White cabbage – 250 g
  • Cilantro – 0.5 bunch
  • Lemon juice – 0.5 tbsp
  • Crab sticks – 3 pcs.
  • Cheese – 150 g
  • Mayonnaise – 40 g

Directions

  1. Finely chop the cabbage. A special knife for shredding will help to efficiently cope with this task in a couple of minutes.
  2. Squeeze 0.5 tablespoon of lemon. tablespoons of juice and sprinkle with cabbage.
  3. Cut the crab sticks lengthways and in medium pieces across.
  4. Finely chop the cilantro.
  5. Put everything together in a deep bowl, add mayonnaise, stir.
  6. Grate the cheese.
  7. Cover a baking sheet with foil, on which sprinkle chopped cheese in circles.
  8. In the oven, after a few minutes, the cheese will begin to melt (set the temperature to 150 degrees). When the cheese circles are melted, remove them from the foil and put them on prepared cups. The cheese will sag with beautiful folds and scallops. Leave the baskets to cool.
  9. Fill the frozen cheese baskets with ready-made crab salad.
