Instructions

  1. Chop the crab meat a little. Make a sauce of mayonnaise, condensed milk, lemon juice, sugar, salt and chopped parsley. Finely chop the anchovy fillet and mix it with the sauce.
  2. Stir the crab meat into the sauce and garnish with egg slices and parsley.
