Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
- 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- some sugar
- Herbs, Italian
- 1 small onion (s), finely diced
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- Garlic, pressed
- 2 pt. Crabs
- 150 g pasta (taliatelle), reen

- Cook the pasta until al dente and allow to cool.
- In the meantime, make a sauce from mayonnaise, creme fraiche, cream, salt and pepper, sugar, paprika powder, tomato ketchup, Italian herbs, onion cubes and the pressed garlic and season to taste.
- Then carefully fold in the noodles and then the crabs.
- If you like, you can also add very finely diced red peppers.
- Fresh baguette tastes good with it.
