Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • some sugar
  • Herbs, Italian
  • 1 small onion (s), finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • Garlic, pressed
  • 2 pt. Crabs
  • 150 g pasta (taliatelle), reen

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente and allow to cool.
  2. In the meantime, make a sauce from mayonnaise, creme fraiche, cream, salt and pepper, sugar, paprika powder, tomato ketchup, Italian herbs, onion cubes and the pressed garlic and season to taste.
  3. Then carefully fold in the noodles and then the crabs.
  4. If you like, you can also add very finely diced red peppers.
  5. Fresh baguette tastes good with it.
