Ingredients

  • 100 g crab meat
  • 0.33 cucumber (s)
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 3 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Worcester sauce
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • Salad - leaves as desired

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the cucumber. Cut or slice the cucumber and radishes into thin sticks. Cut the onion into very fine cubes, cut the dill into very small pieces.
  2. Now mix the cucumber, radishes, crab and dill.
  3. Prepare a spicy vinaigrette from the remaining ingredients and mix with the other ingredients. Let something go through.
  4. It is best to arrange the salad on a large plate in a bed of lettuce (green salad, Lolo Rosso or similar).
  5. It goes well with buttered black bread or baguette.
