An interesting puff pastry dish – rolls stuffed with crab sticks, cheese, and herbs. Puff pastry gives the “stumps” airiness and tenderness. An excellent appetizer that is easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients
Crab sticks – 8 pcs.
Hard cheese – 150 g
Parsley greens – 1 bunch
Sour cream – 100 g
Puff pastry (defrosted) – 1 pack
Flour – for rolling out the dough
Directions
We rub the cheese on a fine grater, crab sticks on a coarse grater. Grind the greens.
We roll out the first layer of dough. To prevent the dough from sticking, you need to add a little flour.
Lubricate the dough with sour cream. Sprinkle with crab sticks, cheese (leave a little for later), and herbs.
We wrap it in a roll, tamping it a little. Cut the roll into pieces.
We roll out the second layer and make circles-bottoms from it. We connect the circles and pieces of the roll. Sprinkle cheese on top.
We put it in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
