  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 30 g North Sea shrimps, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, pepper and parsley. Heat the butter in a pan. Pour in the eggs and let them set while stirring. Sprinkle the shrimps on top just before the end of the cooking time.
  2. The scrambled eggs can be served on wholemeal bread or toast, for example.
