- 3 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
- 30 g North Sea shrimps, cooked
- salt and pepper
- butter

- Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, pepper and parsley. Heat the butter in a pan. Pour in the eggs and let them set while stirring. Sprinkle the shrimps on top just before the end of the cooking time.
