- 200 g cucumber (s)
- 2 spring onion (s)
- 200 g crabs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 100 g mayonnaise (liht salad cream), low in cholesterol
- salt and pepper

- Peel the tomatoes, scrape out the seeds and dice. Peel and dice the cucumber. Cut the spring onions into rings.
- Marinate the crabs with the lemon juice. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix in the salad cream and season.
