Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 500g flour
  • 190 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 140 g cranberries, dried
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled baking powder
  • some butter-vanilla flavor

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the cranberries.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder and place on a work surface and make a well in the middle. Pour eggs and a few drops of butter vanilla flavor into the well. Spread the sugar, vanilla sugar and the butter cut into small pieces around the edge. Knead everything into a smooth dough. Finally knead in the cranberries and chill for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° (convection 160 °).
  4. Roll out the dough about 0.8 cm thick on a floured work surface and cut out stars with a cookie cutter. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 8-10 minutes. The cookies can be lightly baked. Let cool down and put in a storage jar.
  6. Makes about 90 pieces.
