  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 340 g berries (cranberry)

Instructions

  1. Stir the butter in a bowl until soft. Add sugar, cardamom and salt. Stir in one egg at a time, stirring until the mixture is light.
  2. Mix in the nuts. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir into the mixture.
  3. Carefully fold the cranberries into the mixture, pour the dough into a greased and floured (or lined with baking paper) tin approx.
  4. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 1 hour.
