- 250 g quark
- 100 g semolina
- 50 grams flour
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 glass cranberries

- Knead the quark, semolina, flour, egg and salt into a dough and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut out 1 tablespoon of dough at a time, shape into a round disc and fill with 1 teaspoon of cranberries. Then close it well and twist it into a dumpling. Gradually shape the dumplings and refrigerate for another 30 minutes Boil (steep) gently in plenty of salted water until the dumplings float to the surface. A wonderful accompaniment to all game dishes.
