Cranberry Muffins

Ingredients

  • Butter – 100 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 50 ml
  • Flour – 150 g
  • Sugar – 150 g
  • Cranberries – 150 g
  • Baking powder – 10 g
  • Vanillin – to taste
  • Powdered sugar – 2 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Melt butter, mix with sugar, milk and eggs.
  2. Then add flour with baking powder and vanilla, stirring occasionally. The consistency of the dough should be similar to thick sour cream.
  3. Add cranberries and mix gently.
  4. Place the dough in muffin tins (if not silicone, grease with butter). Bake cranberry muffins for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
