- Melt butter, mix with sugar, milk and eggs.
- Then add flour with baking powder and vanilla, stirring occasionally. The consistency of the dough should be similar to thick sour cream.
- Add cranberries and mix gently.
- Place the dough in muffin tins (if not silicone, grease with butter). Bake cranberry muffins for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
