Ingredients

  • 100 g suar
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 300 ml juice (cranberry juice, alternatively cherry juice)
  • 30 ml vodka
  • 1 egg white
  • possibly berries and
  • Mint for decoration

Instructions

  1. Bring the sugar to the boil with water and lemon juice, allow to cool.
  2. Mix the orange juice with the cranberry juice, vodka and the sugar syrup.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff, fold in.
  4. Pour the mixture into a flat dish, freeze overnight.
  5. Stir every now and then for the first 2-3 hours.
  6. To serve:
  7. Stir sorbet and pour into tall glasses.
  8. Decorate with berries and mint if necessary.
