Ingredients

  • 200 g potato (s), mainly waxy
  • 1 can corn
  • 10 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 400 g crab meat, (crayfish tails)
  • 0.5 ½ glass Miracel Whip or mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and cook in salted water (better still in broth) until they are cooked, drain and let cool. Peel and halve the cucumber and scrape out the seeds with a small spoon. The cucumber in small ones! Cut pieces, also cut the eggs very small (ideally with the egg cutter, because you can cut the eggs lengthways and crossways), drain the corn and cut the crayfish two or three times.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, pour Miracel Whip over it, season with salt and pepper and stir well. Let sit in the fridge for an hour before serving.
