Ingredients

  • 1 mango (s) (flight mango)
  • 125 g crab meat (crayfish meat)
  • 0.5 ½ apple
  • 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s), cut into rings
  • 150 g tomato (s), pitted
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • salt
  • pepper from the grinder
  • sugar
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and apple. Wash the tomatoes and remove the inside. Finely dice the three ingredients. Peel the onion and dice very finely. Clean the spring onions and cut into thin rings.
  2. Mix the tomato paste, vinegar, oil and the spices into a fine marinade and mix everything together. Season to taste and stir in the fruit and tomato mixture. Season again as needed. Finally add the crayfish meat and fold in carefully.
  3. Sounds simple - but the result is terrific.
