Spread the cream cheese on toast bread in a layer of 0.3 cm.
Cut the cucumber with a peeler. You can also use a special shredder. The main thing is that the cucumber plates are very thin (1.5 mm).
Lay the cucumber slices overlapping on a layer of cream cheese.
Gently cut the crusts with a sharp knife.
Cut the sandwich diagonally.
