Cream Cheese and Horseradish Dip

• 3 tablespoon, heaped cream horseradish
• 3 tablespoon, heaped herb cream cheese
• 1 celery stalk
• 1 spring onion (s)
• some salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Chop the celery and spring onions into small pieces. Mix both together with the herbal cream cheese and the cream horseradish and season with salt and pepper.
2. The mixture goes perfectly with jacket potatoes, but also as a dip for vegetable sticks or with smoked salmon or smoked trout.
