Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 1 red pepper (s), diced
  • 450 g minced meat (your choice beef, pork or lamb)
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cream cheese with garlic
  • 8 slices puff pastry, frozen
  • 1 egg (s), separated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 - 200 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 160 - 180 ° C).
  2. Knead the onion, garlic and bell pepper with the minced meat, parsley, salt, pepper and cream cheese.
  3. Roll out the defrosted puff pastry into rectangles measuring 10 x 15 cm. Divide the minced meat into 8 portions and place on top of the puff pastry. Brush the edges of the pastry with egg white, roll up the pastry. Twist the ends of the rolls slightly (candy look). Place the rolls with the seam side down on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with egg yolk.
  4. Bake on the 2nd rack from the bottom for 20-25 minutes, until the rolls are golden brown.
  5. A large portion of mixed salad is enough.
