Cream Cheese Candy

Simple homemade cream cheese and powdered sugar candies for you and your friends.

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese – 85 g
  • Powdered sugar – 3 cups
  • Mint extract or almond extract – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Multicolored sugar for decoration (optional)

Directions

  1. Put the cream cheese into a bowl, add flavor.
  2. Add 1.5 cups of powdered sugar, stir.
  3. When the mass becomes dense enough, add the remaining powder, knead the mass until smooth.
  4. Divide the creamy sugar mass into balls, 1-1.5 cm in size. (You can roll creamy candies in colored sugar.)
  5. Place the cream cheese balls on a dry baking sheet. Flatten with a fork. Leave the creamy homemade candies for 1 hour to harden slightly.
