Ingredients

  • 120 g cream cheese
  • 30 g crème fraîche
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper, colored, freshly ground
  • 50 g radishes
  • 10 wild garlic leaves

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the radishes.
  2. Wash the wild garlic and dry it off very well. Remove the stems and thick leaf veins. Finely chop or weigh the leaves.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with crème fraîche and a pinch of salt and freshly ground colored pepper. Fold in the radishes and wild garlic, leave to steep for a few hours or overnight.
