Ingredients

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and leave to drain in the refrigerator in the Tupperware sieve server (or a colander on a bowl) for approx. 2 - 3 days. If you have doubled the amount (e.g. for a cream cheese cake), pour off the liquid in between.
  2. Tip: You can order the cream cheese as Bresso (see database) or with e.g., Feta cheese, garlic, spices and herbs, mashed with salmon or smoked trout to make a dip.
