Cream Cheese Sandwiches and Garlic

by Editorial Staff

Processed cheese, boiled eggs, and garlic are perhaps the best combination. Make sandwiches according to this recipe and see for yourself.

Ingredients

  • White bread – 6 slices
  • Processed cheese – 1 pc.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Parsley – 3 sprigs (to taste)
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp (to taste)
  • Salt (if necessary) – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Boil eggs hard-boiled (8 minutes from boiling) and cool in cold water.
  3. Grate the melted cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Peel the eggs and also grate them on a fine grater.
  5. Peel the garlic and squeeze through a press.
Combine cheese with eggs, add garlic and mayonnaise.
  6. Mix well. If you use unsalted cheese, add salt to taste.
  7. Put the resulting mass on slices of bread.
I only used half of the resulting sandwich spread. The remaining spread can be put in a convenient storage container and sent to the refrigerator (no more than three days).
  8. Set aside one sprig of parsley for now. Chop the remaining parsley (I used kitchen scissors) and sprinkle on the cream cheese and garlic sandwiches. Decorate the sandwiches with whole parsley leaves.

Enjoy your meal!
