Ingredients

  • 1 small white cabbage
  • 2 small Can / s pineapple, in pieces
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 small Glass Miracel Whip
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper, white
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar, (herb vinegar or white balsamic vinegar)

Instructions

  1. Quarter the cabbage and remove the stalk. Finely slice the cabbage. Drain the pineapple pieces, collecting the juice.
  2. Mix Miracel Whip with cream, spices and vinegar and stir in 100 ml of the pineapple juice.
  3. Mix the white cabbage with pineapple and pour the dressing over it and mix everything well. Let it steep for at least 12 hours.
  4. Stir well before serving and season to taste.
