Cream, Dill and Cucumber Salad

For the dressing:

• 120 ml whipped cream
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 pinch pepper, freshly ground
• 1 tablespoon dill, frozen

Instructions

1. Peel the cucumber and slice it, season with salt and leave to stand for a moment, approx. 5 minutes. Squeeze out the cucumber a little and throw away the salted water.
2. Make a salad dressing from the cream, pepper, lemon juice and dill and pour over the cucumber.
3. A delicious cucumber salad made from just a few ingredients.
