Ingredients

  • 100 g sour cream
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 3 tablespoon horseradish, (cream)
  • 3 tablespoon mustard, coarser
  • 2 teaspoons honey, (acacia honey)
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • Black pepper from the mill to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the sour cream and crème fraîche together. Chop the dill and add to the sour cream together with the cream horseradish, mustard, honey and balsamic vinegar and stir. Season to taste with pepper.
  2. With the addition of jacket potatoes and shrimps, this dressing can be quickly turned into a salad.
