Cream – Herring – Salad

• 6 large fish fillet (s) (herring fillets)
• 2 large apples, floury
• 3 pickled cucumber (s)
• 2 onions)
• 0.5 liter ½ cream

Instructions

1. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into thin slices. Cut the pickles into small slices and cut the onions into rings.
2. Layer all ingredients and pour 1/2 liter of cream over them.
3. Let it steep for about 24 hours . done!
