Ingredients

  • 2 pork schnitzel
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 can mushrooms or the fresh one
  • 375 ml vegetable stock
  • 125 ml milk, 1.5%
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the schnitzel, fry in oil and remove.
  2. Sweat the mushrooms in the remaining gravy. Pour in the broth.
  3. Mix the milk, sour cream and flour and add to the mushrooms. Boil.
  4. Reduce the heat, add the schnitzel again.
