Ingredients
- 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green, in strips
- 2 tomato (s), peeled and diced
- 1 small onion (s), diced
- 1 leek, cut into rings
- 100 ml broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- some butter

- Sweat the onions in a little butter. Add peppers, tomatoes and leeks and deglaze with the stock. Let everything simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Then add the sour cream (do not let it boil anymore, otherwise the whole thing will curdle!), Season with the spices. Goes well with rice and minute steaks.
