Ingredients

  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green, in strips
  • 2 tomato (s), peeled and diced
  • 1 small onion (s), diced
  • 1 leek, cut into rings
  • 100 ml broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • some butter

Instructions

  1. Sweat the onions in a little butter. Add peppers, tomatoes and leeks and deglaze with the stock. Let everything simmer for about 15 minutes.
  2. Then add the sour cream (do not let it boil anymore, otherwise the whole thing will curdle!), Season with the spices. Goes well with rice and minute steaks.
