Ingredients

  • Sour cream – 3 glasses
  • Gelatin – 20 g
  • Sugar – 1 glass
  • Raspberry jam – 0.5 cups
  • Fresh (or frozen) raspberries for decoration – 10-15 pcs.

How to make a cream from sour cream and jam or raspberries:

Directions

  1. Pour gelatin with water, heat until completely dissolved (do not boil!)
  2. Mix sour cream with sugar and beat.
  3. Continue whisking, adding a little hot gelatin, to a stiff foam.
  4. Pour into molds, refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  5. Put on a dish and refrigerate again.
  6. Garnish with raspberry jam berries and pour over raspberry syrup in a grid before serving. Serve the ready-made sour cream with raspberries with raspberry jam or fresh raspberries.
