Ingredients

  • 0.5 liter ½ white wine
  • 120 g suar
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch (Mondamin)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 600 g rapes, liht-colored

Instructions

  1. Mix the white wine with the sugar and the 5 eggs. Mix the cornstarch with the lemon juice and add to the white wine. Put everything in a saucepan and bring to the boil over low heat while beating constantly. Immediately place in a cold water bath and keep beating until the cream has cooled down.
  2. Now wash the grapes, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Then distribute the grapes evenly in dessert bowls. Pour the wine cream over it and serve.
