Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoon., Leveled paprika powder
  • 2 sachets rice
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil
  • 1 glass tomato peppers, drained
  • paprika powder for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Sear the chicken breasts in a hot pan with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Then take it out of the pan. Bring the roast set with the broth to the boil. Then add 2 tablespoons of paprika powder. Now add the cream and the tomato peppers to the pan. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let the sauce simmer a little longer, then add the chicken breasts again and finish cooking for 10 minutes. Now place the chicken breasts on a plate and sprinkle thickly with the paprika powder, then cut diagonally into pieces.
  3. Arrange the rice and the sliced chicken breasts on plates and pour the sauce over them. Serve hot.
