Ingredients

  • 7 medium potato (s), washed, peeled and halved
  • 1 dl bouillon
  • some salt and pepper
  • 2 ½ dl cream, (full cream)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • some herbs, if desired, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees circulating air.
  2. Pour the bouillon into a half-height gratin dish (area about 30 x 20 cm.), Place the potatoes in it and season very well with salt and pepper.
  3. Put the whole thing in the lowest groove in the oven for 20 minutes.
  4. Pour the cream into a bowl, squeeze the garlic and season with salt and pepper, mix well.
  5. After 20 minutes, take the potatoes out of the oven. Pour the cream over it and put it in the oven again for about 20 to 25 minutes on the lowest groove.
  6. When the potatoes are done, take them out of the oven and sprinkle with herbs of your choice.
  7. Goes well as an accompaniment to roasts or grilled meat.
