Ingredients

  • 250 ml water
  • 65 g butter
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 4 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Put the water, butter, salt and sugar in a microwave container and bring to the boil at 600 watts for 4-5 minutes. Add the flour and stir vigorously with a whisk to form a dumpling. Then again in the microwave and heat at 600 watts for 1 minute. Beat the eggs one by one under the dough with the whisk until it is smooth and shiny.
  2. Put the dough with a piping bag or simply with a spoon on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at large intervals of approx. 5 cm large rings / piles. (I prefer to do smaller ones myself - please test). Bake in the oven at approx. 200 degrees until golden brown. About 20 minutes - please watch!
  3. After cooling, fill either sweet with cream and tangerines or hearty with cream cheese. I wish you success.
