Ingredients

  • g 1,000 beans, reen beans (reen beans), cleaned (strins pulled), chopped into small pieces
  • 4 potato (s), finely diced
  • 1 medium onion (s), finely chopped
  • Garlic, pressed
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegetable broth (cubes)
  • 1 cup sour cream, depending on taste
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • Dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Throw green beans, potatoes, onions into a pot, fill up with water, vegetables should be covered, salt, pepper and crumble in one or two vegetable stock cubes (depending on the amount) and cook covered until the beans and potatoes are soft. Mix the cream with flour, possibly a few tablespoons of soup, so that the cream-flour mixture can be mixed more easily, of course no lumps should form. Stir in the fisole soup, let it boil, it should be a little thick. If necessary, refine with a little vegetable stock (and / or with a few splashes of soup seasoning), press garlic and add chopped dill, done!
