Instructions

  1. Place the frozen cream puffs and raspberries in a flat dessert bowl or glass casserole dish and mix together. Then make a cream from low-fat quark and milkmaid and pour over the mixture.
  2. Serve as soon as the cream puffs have just thawed, otherwise they will get mushy.
