Ingredients

  • 300 g mushrooms (kin oyster mushrooms)
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch white pepper
  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated

Instructions

  1. Slice the mushrooms and finely dice the onion. Melt the butter, sweat first the onion, then the mushrooms.
  2. Season to taste with lemon juice, pepper and salt. Pour in some water, stir in the cream, briefly bring to the boil. Then add the cheese, let it melt and serve immediately.
