Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ package creamed spinach
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream or condensed milk
  • some margarine for frying
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cook the creamed spinach according to the instructions on the packet and season with salt and nutmeg. Mix the eggs and cream with the whisk for approx. 2 minutes until foamy and season with salt and nutmeg.
  2. Bake an omelette from the mixture. To do this, pour the mixture into a pan with hot margarine and let it set with the lid. When the omelette is ready, fill it with the spinach and serve immediately.
  3. Tomatoes, which you briefly sear in the still hot pan while turning, and season with salt and pepper, taste very good.
