Cream Tartlets

Prepare the dough. Mash the egg with sugar until white. Beat the margarine until fluffy and combine with the egg.

Ingredients

  • flour 170 g
  • margarine 100 g
  • sugar 60 g
  • eggs 1 pc.
  • soda on the tip of a knife
  • thick cream 500 g
  • powdered sugar 90 g
  • berries to taste
  • fruit to taste

Directions

  1. Then add flour mixed with baking soda and quickly knead the dough. Soak the finished dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough 0.5 cm thick, cut out the cakes, put in greased corrugated molds, pressing to the edges. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 240 C. Refrigerate.
  3. Whisk the cream until a firm foam, add the icing sugar at the end, stir gently and place in a high heap in the tartlets. Decorate with berries or fruits.
