Ingredients

  • 90 g butter, soft
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (bourbon)
  • 2 large egg (s)
  • 100 g flour
  • 70 g oatmeal
  • 200 g cream
  • salt
  • Oil, for the waffle iron

Instructions

  1. Mix the soft butter with the sugar and the bourbon vanilla sugar until creamy. Add the eggs and beat until frothy with the mixer on the highest setting.
  2. Mix the flour with oat flakes and stir in alternately with the cream with a mixing spoon (wooden spoon). Season with a pinch of salt.
  3. Heat up the waffle iron, brush lightly with oil and bake the dough.
  4. The waffles won`t get crispy.
