Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and sauté in olive oil. Add the finely chopped savoy cabbage, sauté a little. Top up with a little broth and the cream and season. Stew for about 10 minutes.
  2. Fillet the oranges, collecting the juice. Just before the end of cooking, carefully stir in both and season to taste again. Potatoes go well with it.
