  • 1 kg leaf spinach
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 150 g cream
  • 150 g milk
  • salt
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Blanch the washed spinach in salted water for 5 minutes, strain and leave to cool.
  2. Melt the butter and add the drained and finely chopped spinach to it. Stir in the flour and pour over the cream and milk. Let something boil down. Season to taste with salt and nutmeg.
