Instructions

  1. Core the avocado and dates and cut into large pieces. Squeeze the lime.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix everything for a good 3 minutes so that the date pieces are also chopped up well. Adjust the amount of water to taste.
  3. The smoothie tastes really delicious, is wonderfully creamy and also makes you feel full thanks to the healthy fats in the avocado.
