  • 400 ml whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Cut the onions into small pieces and place them in a large stewing pan with the potatoes. Braise both together for 5 minutes.
  2. Then add the chopped smoked pork and stew until cooked. Now add the beans with a little water (approx. 125 ml). Put the lid on the pan and cook until done. Stir occasionally. Finally add the cream and the chopped herbs. Bring everything to the boil again and stir vigorously.
