  • 1 gr.jar beans (cut beans), approx. 660 g each
  • 5 tablespoon herb vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 3 teaspoons savory
  • 400 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the green beans. Mix the vinegar, oil, sugar, garlic salt and savory in a bowl until the sugar has dissolved. Stir in the crème fraîche until a creamy sauce is formed. Taste the sauce with salt and pepper. Add the green beans to the sauce and stir vigorously.
  2. Let the salad stand for 15 minutes and serve.
  3. The dish contains approx. 248 Kcal per serving.
