Ingredients

  • 2 cucumber (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 bunch dill, or parsley or chives
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • White wine vinegar
  • 50 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon salad cream, with yogurt
  • some condensed milk, 10%

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber with a vegetable peeler from the tip to the fruit stem and cut into thin slices in a bowl with a vegetable slicer. Add a little salt, sugar and pepper and massage into the cucumber slices.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Wash and chop the dill, parsley or chives. Now pour off the cucumber water so that the dressing is not watered down. Add the onions and herbs. Add the cream, yoghurt salad cream, a little condensed milk and a splash of white wine vinegar and stir everything together. Season to taste again before serving and, if necessary, add a little seasoning.
