Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber well, if necessary or desired, peel and finely slice. Pull the dill tips off the stalks and chop finely.
  2. Place the cucumber slices and dill in a bowl. Crumble the feta over the top. Add the sour cream and mix everything together. Season with freshly ground pepper and, if necessary, a little salt.
