Dessert with cream cheese, chocolate, and whipped cream, as a non-baked cheesecake option, made on a shortbread cake base. Creamy dessert with white chocolate turns out to be very delicate and weightless.
Ingredients
White chocolate, chips (chocolate droplets) – 1 glass
Cream cheese – 240 g
Whipped cream – 240 g
Graham cracker or other shortbread cookies – 150 g
Butter (melted) – 100 g + 10 g
Soft caramel drops or almond flakes (optional) – for decoration
Directions
Crumble the cookies into small crumbs. Mix with melted butter.
Put the resulting oil crumbs into a split form with a diameter of 25 cm. Tamp the cookies into a thin crust with high sides with the bottom of the glass. Put the mold in the refrigerator.
In a saucepan, in a water bath, melt the chocolate. Remove from the water bath, add the cream cheese, and gently stir in the whipped cream.
Pour the creamy chocolate filling into the chilled crust. Cover with cling film and place the creamy cheesecake dessert in the refrigerator overnight.
Sprinkle with caramel or almond flakes on the creamy white chocolate dessert before serving.
