Instructions

  1. Toast the toast and brush it with butter, then cream cheese and the sour cream. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into slices and spread them on the toast slices. Now sprinkle a mayonnaise dab and salt and pepper over each egg slice.
  2. Quantities vary according to preference. Also tastes good on bread and particularly tasty on bread rolls.
